Final Reflection

I can confidently say that I learned many new things in the WRD 110 class. Whether it be how to make a video presentation like for the documentary or how to properly give a speech like the my community speech. I came into the class being terrible at speaking in front of other students, but I feel like I progressed since my time joining. I also was not very talented at writing while being timed, like in-class writing assignments. Now though, I feel much more comfortable with writing assignments in class where we only have a certain amount of time. Something new that I learned in the class was video making. I basically learned everything I know about creating videos since being in the WRD class. I had never before had to do any assignment like the documentary final project, so it took me a long time to figure out how to do it, but learning the process was interesting. Something I appreciated about the class was all the different ways that we were taught. Doing this made the class more interesting and also more understandable. Although this class could be hard and time consuming at times, I learned a large amount of information and met some cool people while doing it, so I'm happy I took the class.
